Nicole Adair is an award-winning author, game developer, trained music composer, and professor based in New York City. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing and a PhD in Comparative Literature with a Designated Emphasis in Renaissance and Early Modern Studies, both from UC Berkeley. Her short fiction has been published in World Literature Today and Manifest Station, and she runs the Substack literary newsletter The Book of Eve. Nicole is also the founder of Mad Air Studios, a creative technology studio that uses interactive media to design immersive narratives. At present, she’s attempting to fit 2000 books into a one-bedroom apartment.
